˚₊‧꒰ა RiiRiiPup’s T.O.S ໒꒱ ‧₊˚By commissioning me any way you are agreeing to my terms of service. It is your responsibility to make sure you have read and agreed to my T.O.S. outlined below. If you have any questions or concerns about the T.O.S you must ask about them BEFORE paying for your commission.General Terms
♡ My commissions are not first come first serve. Some Commissions take longer (i.e illustrations with complex backgrounds) While working on these I will often work on smaller commissions at the same time. I will do my best to work in order.♡ I have the right to refuse/deny a commission with no explanation. This is often not anything against you but more to do with my comfortability and skill. When refusing I will do my best to suggest another artist.♡ Please provide clear details and references when sending in your proposal.♡ SKEB comms will have no revisions or wips.♡ All Art work must be credited @riiriipup on socials or on your credits site such as carrd.co
Payments & Refunds
♡ All Payments are to be made through VGen’s built in pay system
♡ Commissions must be paid upfront unless a payment plan is agreed upon. I will not start any work until I have received payment.
♡ No refunds unless I have have to cancel the comm due to personal reasons (i.e family emergency etc)
Extra Fees
♡ Complex characters or backgrounds
♡ Rush Fees (Price listed in proposal form - Fee changes dependent on commission type)
♡ NDA fee will be + 35%
♡ Extra fees vary from service to service and will be listed in the proposal form.
Revisions
♡ Skeb like comms have no revisions
♡ Non Skeb comms will allow for 2 revisions in each phase (Sketch/ Color/ Rendering) - With some exceptions
♡ After Sketch is approved by the client I will not make changes to the pose as a revision
Deadlines/ Deliveries
♡ Deadlines depend on the current work queue & complexity of the piece. ( You can find my work queue on my public trello - I update this once a week)
♡ Commissions will take no longer than 3 months unless otherwise communicated
♡ Deliveries will be made through either Vgen file upload or a google drive link
♡ I will always do my best to complete comms as soon as possible
Delays
♡ If I have to delay a commission I will contact you through Vgen and request a deadline revision with a description.
Communication
♡ I will ONLY contact you through vgen. UNLESS vgen is having an tech issue in that case I would contact you from my art discord account. This account is not to chat or become friends, this is to remain a professional space. If you need to contact me and are unable to via vgen you may message this account as well. ( @RiiRiiArt)♡ My time zone is MST and will not answer DMs after 10pm♡ If a client becomes unresponsive (More than 14 days) I have the right to either pause or cancel the commission.
Working Hours
♡ Tuesdays - Fridays
♡ My hours fluctuate but I aim to work between 10am - 8pm MSTIntellectual Property
♡ I own the original copyright and ownership of the art.
♡ Unless otherwise specified I am allowed to stream the process on my twitch account and/or youtube account. Post speed paints on tiktok, twitter and instagram.
♡ I have the right to post your art in my professional portfolios
♡ You may request I do not post wips/portfolio etc until after a certain date - This would require an NDA fee and would need to be discussed before payment.
Usage rights
♡ Personal and commercial rights are included in all services
♡ Merch rights need to be purchased - These can be paid for at a later date if you aren't sure you will be using it upfront.A.I & NFTs
♡ My art is NOT permitted to be used in NFTs or run through any A.I software. REGARDLESS of any rights paid for.
♡ Please avoid using Ai references. Sometimes it is hard to tell if you are grabbing an Ai reference off pinterest and that is okay, but please do not use ai to create a reference. We can easily discuss via DMs what you would like if you arent able to find a direct example.My terms of service can change at any time.Text
